Frequently Asked Questions

My preferred date is unavailable

Please contact me directly – even if your chosen date appears booked, we can often find a solution. Sometimes other clients reschedule, or an extra time slot opens up.

I always try to be flexible, especially for guests visiting from abroad. I’m happy to check for alternative times on the same day or suggest other equally picturesque locations. Just send me a message – I’m sure we’ll figure something out!

I’d be happy to help you choose a location that matches your style – from historic, story-filled nooks to modern, urban backdrops with an industrial soul. If you have a favorite spot in Warsaw, I’d be delighted to go there – the session can also be a great opportunity to explore the city together!

My recommended locations include:

  • The Royal Castle Gardens
  • Vistula Boulevards (with views of the stadium and bridges)
  • Łazienki Royal Park with its peacocks
  • Old Praga (authentic, “unpolished” Warsaw)
  • Wilanów Palace and its gardens
  • The rooftop gardens of the University of Warsaw Library (BUW)
  • The Warsaw Museum at the Old Town Market Square
  • Elektrownia Powiśle and its surroundings (modern industrial vibe)
  • Koneser in Praga (modern squares in a post-industrial setting)

Not sure what to choose?
Just tell me what kind of atmosphere or scenery you’ve dreamed of – whether it should be royal and elegant, modern and urban, or green and natural. Warsaw truly has wonderfully diverse faces, and I’ll be delighted to show you the one that’s perfect for you!

Absolutely not! That is one of the main advantages of my sessions: zero experience or posing skills required. I know that being in front of a camera can feel a bit intimidating, especially when you’re in a new city. That’s why I’ve made my process simple and stress-free:

  • I guide, you enjoy: I will provide you with specific, easy-to-follow directions and setups. You don’t need to worry about what to do with your hands or how to stand – I’ve got it all figured out for you.
  • Step-by-step direction: Throughout our walk, I’ll give you gentle cues on your posture and where to look to ensure you look natural, confident, and relaxed against Warsaw’s beautiful backdrops.
  • Focus on the vibe: We prioritize authentic expressions and real emotions over stiff, forced poses. My goal is to capture the genuine joy of your travels.
  • Your Warsaw story: Most of my clients are travelers who have never done a professional photoshoot before. My job is to turn your visit into a stunning visual story that you’ll be proud to share.

Just bring your smile and enjoy the city. I’ll take care of the rest.

If, for objective reasons like bad weather, our session cannot take place, we can quickly find a new date, or you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

I offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and there is absolutely no problem. Your comfort and good photos are my priority.

Additionally, in Poland, and especially in Warsaw, rain usually passes quite quickly, so it’s rare for the weather to be unfavorable for the entire day.

Families, couples, and groups of friends are all very welcome! My sessions are tailored to capture the unique connection and joy within your group.

If the group exceeds 8 people, please let me know in advance. This allows me to prepare better in terms of location, timing, and poses to ensure everyone looks great and the session runs smoothly.

Great question! The most important rule is to wear something you feel comfortable and confident in. When you feel good, it naturally shows in the photos.

Here are a few simple tips to help you choose:

  • Coordinate, don’t match: Choose a color palette (e.g., earthy tones, soft pastels, classic neutrals) and have everyone’s outfits complement each other instead of wearing identical clothes.
  • Consider the location: For an urban, modern backdrop, you might lean towards smarter casual wear. For a park or garden, softer, flowing fabrics can look beautiful.
  • Avoid large logos and busy patterns: They can be distracting in photos. Solid colors or subtle textures usually photograph best.
  • Layers & accessories: A hat, scarf, or a jacket can add variety and be useful for different looks throughout the session.

Ultimately, your style should reflect you. If you’d like, feel free to send me a photo of your outfit ideas before the session. I’m happy to give you my feedback

Yes, absolutely! Changing outfits is a great way to add variety to your gallery and capture different moods.

If you plan to have several complete look changes (e.g., 3 or more), I strongly recommend booking a 2-hour session. This gives us plenty of time for the changes without rushing, ensuring we maintain a relaxed pace and capture beautiful photos in every outfit. For 1-hour sessions, one outfit change is usually comfortable and works perfectly.

You will receive all your high-resolution photos via a secure link to a Google Drive folder. From there, you can easily view, download, and share your images. Regarding the selection of photos for professional editing (included in your package):

  • I can choose the best shots for editing based on my photographer’s eye for composition, light, and emotion.
  • Alternatively, you are welcome to select your favorites and let me know which ones you’d like me to edit.

The choice is yours! We can discuss your preference before or after the session.

  1. Select your preferred date using the online booking calendar above.
  2. Provide your contact details in the booking form.
  3. Pay the deposit to secure your session.

If you don’t see your preferred date available in the calendar, please contact me directly. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, as my schedule can sometimes be flexible, especially for visitors from abroad.

Yes, of course! We can definitely create a short video or a dynamic behind-the-scenes reel during your session. It’s a fantastic way to bring your memories to life and capture the real, candid moments between the poses.

We can tailor the style to your preference whether it’s a cinematic clip, a playful montage, or a quick social media reel. Just share your idea with me, and we’ll make it part of your unique Warsaw experience.

Absolutely! I highly encourage and welcome it! Sharing your visual inspiration is one of the best ways for us to get on the same page before the shoot.

You can send me Pinterest board links, Instagram screenshots, mood boards, or even just describe the vibe you’re going for  whether it’s light and airy, moody and dramatic, candid and playful, or anything in between. This helps me understand not just your aesthetic preferences, but also the emotions and story you want your photos to tell.

Looking at your references allows me to plan locations, lighting, and posing direction that align perfectly with your vision. It ensures that your gallery feels authentically you and that you’ll love every shot. So please, don’t hesitate to share your ideas!

I completely understand that in an unfamiliar city, you might get stuck in traffic or lose your way. Please just let me know as soon as possible by sending me a message on WhatsApp.

I will always try to be flexible and accommodate you. However, please keep in mind that if I have another session scheduled directly after yours, any delay will unfortunately shorten the time available for your photoshoot.
