How I started in photography
My adventure with photography began when I was a teenager. My first camera was a Nikon D90, one of the most popular DSLRs of that time. Even then, I was most interested in night and urban photography: street lights, neon signs, and the contrasts between darkness and pinpoint light. I spent long hours experimenting with composition and exposure, photographing the city after dark and taking portraits of friends in ambient light. That was when I realized that photography is more than just the moment of pressing the shutter. It is a way of observing people and spaces, and an attempt to capture the atmosphere of a moment without unnecessary words.
