Photo shoot in Warsaw – what you need to know

When will I get my photos?

It really depends on the type of shoot. Each one needs a different approach and editing time. But don’t worry, I always do my best to get your memories back to you as soon as possible!

Portrait sessions (women, couples, families, branding): I take a little more time with these to make sure every image is perfectly finished, subtle retouching, great colors, that extra touch. You’ll get your full gallery within 5 business days after the session.

Event sessions (baptisms, parties, birthdays, concerts): I totally get it.  Guests are already posting phone pics on Instagram while you’re waiting for the real deal. Waiting weeks doesn’t make sense when the buzz is still fresh. That’s why I work fast for events. You’ll receive your photos within just 2 business days, still full of energy, emotion, and ready to share.

No matter the deadline, every single photo is carefully selected and professionally edited. Because for me, quality and speed go hand in hand.

Do you help with preparation for the session and choosing outfits? Yes, this is a very important stage of our collaboration for me! I know that before a session many questions and doubts may arise. That’s exactly why I’m here, so you feel taken care of at every step. How does my help work?
  • Pre session consultation: We talk about what vibe of photos interests you, where the session will take place, and which outfits will best suit it.
  • Outfit tips: I advise what colors, cuts, and accessories will work in a given setting, whether it’s outdoors, in a studio, or a home session. I suggest what to bring with you to have several options to choose from.
  • Visual inspiration: If you have doubts, I send example photos that will help you imagine the final effect and choose the style in which you feel best.
  • Packing list: Upon request, I prepare a personalized list so you don’t miss anything. From clothes, through accessories, to small items that matter to you.
What’s important: You don’t need to be fashion experts or have experience in front of the lens. I will guide you through the entire process. From the first ideas, through outfit selection, to the session itself. You are to be yourself, and I’ll take care of the rest. If you have any questions about preparations, feel free to ask! I’m here to clear up any doubts.
In which studio will my session take place? It primarily depends on the type of session, the vibe you want to achieve, and the availability of a specific room on your chosen date. Each of the locations where I work has its own unique character and possibilities, from elegant Art Deco, through raw brick and atmospheric interiors with a bathtub, to spacious rooms with a cyclorama and a piano. How do we choose the studio?
  • During the consultation, we talk about your expectations and the style of the session.
  • I suggest which interior will best suit your vision, whether you are looking for a cozy atmosphere, an industrial backdrop, or maybe a minimalist space to play with light.
  • I check the availability of the rooms on your preferred date and propose the optimal solution.
This way, you can be sure that the session location is perfectly matched to your needs, not chosen by chance. For your convenience and the best results, I work in several proven locations throughout Warsaw, but you decide which vibe you want to immerse yourself in.

Yes, absolutely! If after the session it turns out that you have more favorite shots than your package includes, no worries, nothing is lost.

The rules are simple and transparent:

  • For portrait sessions (feminine, couples, family, business): each additional, professionally edited photo costs 10 EUR per piece.
  • You can purchase any number of additional shots, from one, through a few, to all the ones you like.
  • You make the decision after receiving the proof gallery, when you can calmly review all the frames and choose the ones you definitely want in the final version.

This way, you have full control over which photos end up in your collection and you don’t have to worry that a favorite shot will be left out.

How far in advance do I need to book a session? For portrait sessions, the easiest way is to check my online booking calendar. All available dates are updated there on an ongoing basis. If a date is visible, it means it’s actually free and can be booked right away. For events (parties, birthdays, concerts): here we arrange the dates individually, so I invite you to contact me directly. Sometimes it happens that a distant date (a few months away) is already taken, while a close one (in a week or two) is still free. It’s worth simply asking, even if the date seems very far away or very close, I always check and let you know what’s actually possible. The best option is to just write to me. I respond quickly and directly, without unnecessary waiting.
Yes, absolutely! If you need a VAT invoice, I issue it upon customer request. Just let me know in your message when booking, before I issue the receipt. Then I’ll prepare the document right away with your details. This way we’ll avoid later corrections and everything will be handled on the spot.

As a standard, all edited photos are delivered in high-resolution JPG format, ready to share on social media, send to loved ones, or print on your own.

However, if you need the files in NEF (RAW) format – the original, unprocessed files straight from the camera – that’s also possible. Just let me know before the session or when collecting your photos, and I’ll provide them upon request.

Important: NEF files require self-editing in programs like Lightroom or Photoshop. If you’re not comfortable with that, don’t worry – my JPGs are fully refined and ready to use right after you receive the gallery.
